My name is Abigail Prewitt and I am passionate about fitness and wellness; I am interested in things that are good for your body, like healthy foods and exercise.
My SIP project is centered on the creation and upkeep of a motivational and educational blog about fitness and wellness. I am gathering information about living a healthier life and I am working with fitness instructors to enhance my knowledge of exercise. Through this SIP experience, I hope to gain knowledge of what helps the body and to become more independent through making the project my own. The end goal for my SIP project is to create a well put together and professional blog that educates people on the health benefits of nutritious food and various forms of exercise. I plan to continue this blog after high school.
